Consumer notice on the right to repair

(Section 39.2 of the LPC)

Availability of replacement parts, repair services, and information necessary for maintenance or repair: In accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Quebec, Safari Condo does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information required for the maintenance or repair of these products or their components.

Safari Condo provides this notice in accordance with section 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and its implementing regulations. This notice concerns the guarantee of availability of spare parts, repair services, and information necessary for the maintenance and repair of goods offered for sale after October 5, 2025.

This notice is intended to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in Quebec. Safari Condo continues to make every effort to support its customers in their maintenance and repair needs. However, given the complexities of its supply chain and the large number of components involved in the manufacture of each product, it is impossible to guarantee the availability of all the items listed in section 39.2 of the CPA.

Safari Condo remains fully committed to supporting its customers through its warranty programs offered on its products, as described in the warranty guides.
