Consumer Notice on the Right to Repair

(Art. 39.2 CPA)

Availability of spare parts, repair services, and information necessary for maintenance or repair: In accordance with the applicable legislation and regulations in Quebec, Safari Condo does not guarantee the availability of spare parts, repair services, or the information required for the maintenance or repair of these products or their components.

Safari Condo provides this notice in accordance with Article 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and its implementing regulations. This notice concerns the guarantee of availability of spare parts, repair services, and information necessary for the maintenance and repair of goods offered for sale after October 5, 2025.

This notice aims to ensure transparency and compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable in Quebec. Safari Condo continues to make every effort to support its customers with their maintenance and repair needs. However, given the complexities of its supply chain and the high number of components involved in the manufacturing of each product, it is impossible to guarantee the availability of all elements stipulated in Article 39.2 of the CPA.
