Safari Condo is looking for a technical advisor to work in its service department. As a technical advisor, you will be part of the after-sales service team. This role primarily involves being a technical resource for our clients when they have questions or problems using their motorhomes or travel trailers. Additionally, you will follow up with clients for appointment scheduling and during their visits to the service workshop. This job is also available as a telework position.
Main responsibilities
Here's what a technical advisor's day might look like:
- At our company, each week begins with a team meeting. You will receive up-to-date information on service notes, upcoming improvements, and future appointments.
- Clients will primarily communicate with you by phone and email. They will seek advice regarding equipment purchases, schedule appointments to add or repair equipment, and possibly request assistance in case of a technical issue.
- Depending on the client's needs, you will be responsible for ordering and preparing the necessary parts, whether for purchase or repair.
- Do you enjoy file management? That's perfect, because you will, among other tasks, open client files, conduct research, prepare purchase orders and estimates, and finalize invoices.
- As a proactive company, you will be responsible for reporting any problematic situations encountered to ensure necessary corrections are made as quickly as possible.

- Experience in a similar position is always an advantage
- Knowledge of mechanics and/or electricity is highly relevant to this position
