Production Supervisor

Sectors under his responsibility :

• CNC for digital cutting of wood and aluminum;
• Vacuum table for gluing sandwich panels;
• Bench saw and edgebander at the joinery shop;
• Aluminum bending machine for various sheets;
• Aluminum saws, drilling, plumbing and electrical work.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the morning alignment meeting;
  • Coordinates daily missions;
  • Communicates OHS points and work instructions;
  • Announce the news of the day;

• Prioritizes plant operations:
  • Ensures & communicates priority planning;
  • Organizes plant activities & orders;
  • Enforces operational processes;
  • Plans/coordinates machine maintenance;
  • Keeps planning up to date;
  • Coordinates supplies for his department;
  • Coordinates the efforts of team leaders;
  • Performs audits.
• Manages the plant's human Resources :
  • EnforcesCompany rules;
  • Coaches, evaluates and trains these team members;
• Participates in the development of strategies to compensate for absences or replaces absentees;
• Organizes continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role;
• Good communicator, rigorous;
• Organizational and human relations skills;
• Ability to analyze, synthesize and take initiative;
• Teamwork;
• Leadership;
• Experience with trailers and Motorhome would be an asset.
