Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. and Friday, 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.

As a programmer-operator on our digital cutting tables (CNC), you'll be involved in cutting the various components (aluminum, wood, plastic) used to assemble our Motorhomes and trailers. An operator is already in place for one of the CNCs, and we're looking to add a programmer and operator for the second cutting table.
Main functions
Here's what a day in the life of a CNC day laborer might look like:
- Operate Multicam cutting tables for aluminum, wood and plastic products;
- Working with the supervisor, you will identify tooling, methods and machining strategies for production;
- Ensure the quality of cut-outs;
- Working with the R&D team, you'll be programming in Type Edit;
- Read and understand different parts drawings;
- Carry out daily preventive maintenance on machines with maintenance and the current operator;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to optimize production
- All other related tasks linked to production activities.
- Communication is important to us, which is why every week you'll attend a team meeting attended by the HR team, who will keep you up to date on current projects atCompany.
Desired qualities
- We're looking for people with experience as programmers and CNC operators.
- The person must have a good knowledge of drawing.
- Physically fit, with good powers of observation, punctuality and attention to detail are important qualities.
